Ponsiano Ngabirano, is a wealthy businessman and entrepreneur in Uganda. He is the founder, chairman and managing director of Capital Shoppers Supermarkets, a supermarket chain based in Kampala, Uganda, which he partly owns. In 2012, the New Vision newspaper listed him among the wealthiest individuals in the country.
