Poljane pri Podgradu ([pɔˈljaːnɛ pɾi pɔdˈgɾaːdu]; Italian: Pogliane) is a small village in the Municipality of Hrpelje-Kozina in the Littoral region of Slovenia close to the border with Croatia.
