Pokang commonly known as Sitio Pokang and referred to as Oploc, is a part of Looc, Mandaue. Of all the sitios, only Sitio Pokang is separate. Some people believe that this place will be at Cambaro, Mandaue City. It is called Sitio Pokang because of the honored of their barangay captain. Some people believe that this place will be called 'Oploc' because it lies between Opao and Looc. Sitio Pokang is between University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue and Natures Spring Water

History
On March 8, 1991 the OpLoc has been established and was name Sitio Pokang,March 18, 2005 it has been changed into Sitio OpLoc, June 27, 2011 it has been rename again due to the boundary limit
Festivals
During the last week of January they will celebrate their fiesta. Sitio Pokang belongs to the Zone II in the part of Christ the King. Usually, the mass during the 9th day novena and mass starts from eight o'clock in the evening or nine o'clock in the evening. Before the novena begins they will first have a rosary, and its leader Cecelia Alarin. Meanwhile, the vesper-as event was the coronation nite during that day they will parade the contestant from Sitio Pokang-Isla de Palma-Cambaro-Cabahug and vice versa. In the festival, they have first a mass which is held at 3 pm, then in 5 pm, they will have a procession from Sito Poakng-Isla de Palma-Cabahug and vice versa
