In an interview with John Loeffler, it was revealed that it took three and a half weeks to produce the entire album.

Reception

The album has sold over three million copies worldwide as of 2001.

  • Instrumental version of many songs on the album can be heard in Pokémon Puzzle League, while the short version of these songs are heard in the anime's opening, the "Pokérap" and "Pikachu's Jukebox".
