Plagiobothrus is a genus of mygalomorph spider with a single species, Plagiobothrus semilunaris. It is endemic to Sri Lanka, documented from the regions of Peradeniya and Kandy. The species has deep brown carapace and limbs. The abdomen is black above, and brown beneath. The known length is about 24 mm.
