Piotr Frączak (born September 1, 1960 in Szczecin, Poland) is a Polish social worker, activist and co-founder of non-governmental organizations.

He is a graduate of pedagogy at the University of Warsaw. He worked at the Institute of Political Studies (1990-1992), and is currently an employee of the Foundation for Civil Society Development.
Between 1984 and 1986, he was a member of the editorial board of the underground left-wing magazine Front Workers, published under the pseudonym Poltava. He was a member of the Workers' Opposition Agreement.
In the early 90s, he was one of the animators of the movement of non-governmental organizations in Poland. He led the editorial writings Associations, Thank you and Federalist. Founders included the Association for the Support of Social Initiatives Association, the Association for the Forum of Non-Governmental Initiatives, the Association of Social Dialogue, and the Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups.
Since 2005, Frączak has been the president of the National Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations, a member of organizations for civil dialogue: among others, the Coordinating Committee of the National Strategic Reference Framework, the National Territorial Forum. Member of the Citizens Jury Prize of the President of the Republic of Poland. The Council of Competition for the best company Social year. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.
He was awarded the Officer's Cross (2011), by the Order of Polonia Restituta.
