Philip Delaquis, (born 29 July 1974 in Bern) is a Swiss film and theatre producer, and member of the Swiss Film Academy and European Film Academy.
Biography
Philip Delaquis attended schools in Spiez and Interlaken, graduated in 1994 and worked as a newspaper photographer before enrollment at Bern's School of Design and completion of film courses at FOCAL, later acquiring a lic.rer.pol. at the University of Bern and securing a TV editorial career with Schweizer Fernsehen/SF DRS (he developed short films and film festivals in his spare time, including DVD ShortICutsIBern & Zurich and TALENT SCREEN). In 2005, Delaquis co-created the Zurich-based film production company The Collective for audiovisual works GmbH.
