Philip A. Cutler (born October 17, 1988) is a Canadian born politician, entrepreneur, philanthropist and business executive.

Professional career
Philip Cutler is the CEO of educational technology company GradeSlam (f. 2014) and the Executive Director of Laurus Summer Camp (f. 2011).
In 2013, Cutler became the youngest ever city councillor in Westmount, Quebec, the wealthiest city in Quebec. Cutler won the 2013 Westmount Municipal Election after receiving 58% of the popular vote. He is currently the Commissioner of Public Security and was instrumental at introducing many traffic and parking related initiatives. He has been credited with bringing the first pay-by-plate parking meter system to Quebec.
In December 2015, Cutler pledged $50 000 to support Syrian refugees moving to Montreal.
Education
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from McGill University (2013). During his time at McGill, Cutler held office on the McGill Senate and was a linebacker on the McGill Redmen football team along side Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Laurent Duvernay-Tardif and Winnipeg Blue Bombers linebacker Jesse Briggs. He is also a graduate from Selwyn House School and John Abbott College.
Personal life
His grandmother, May Cutler was the first female mayor of the City of Westmount from 1987-1991 and the founder of Tundra Books, the oldest children's book publisher in Canada. Cutler's grandfather, Phil Cutler Sr., after whom he was named, was a Canadian labour lawyer and Quebec Superior Court judge. His parents, Adam and Marina were paramount in the gentrification of the real estate around the Lachine Canal. Cutler's sister, Samantha, is a well known Canadian lifestyle blogger.
