Philenora omophanes is a moth in the Arctiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1886. It is found in Australia (New South Wales and Victoria).
The wingspan is about 10 mm. Adults are brown with faint dark markings, including two vague jagged lines across the forewings. The hindwings are brown.
