Phil Galiano is an American football coach who is currently the special teams and tight ends coach for the Rutgers University football team. Phil is in his third stint at Rutgers University since 2003, with stops as defensive coordinator at Florida International University and as a special teams assistant in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in between
