Peter Thoeny is the founder of the project TWiki (an opensource Enterprise wiki), and is leading the project since 1998. In 2007 he co-founded TWIKI.NET (now Twiki, Inc.) together with Rod Beckstrom, a company that provides collaborative solutions and commercial support around TWiki. In October 2008, Twiki, Inc. assumed full control over the TWiki project while nearly all of the remainder of the developer community forked off to join the Foswiki project.
