Peter Winston founded ICS originally as a consulting firm offering training courses for the X Window System. ICS has since grown to become the largest independent supplier of professional services, training and add-on products for the Qt cross-platform framework and MeeGo. ICS is a Qt Software Preferred Training and Consulting Partner in North America and has been recognized by Nokia as the only North American based Forum Nokia Consulting and Training partner. In 2006, Winston recognized a unique opportunity and purchased Project.net to take advantage of ICS's expertise in user interface design.
