Perth Glory FC Youth is Perth Glory's youth and reserve team. They play in both the National Premier Leagues (NPL) and in the A-League National Youth League. The team can have different age restrictions for each competition. The side is unable to win the NPL, with the team excluded from finals should they be in a position to qualify.

Since 2014, the team has hosted its home matches at Ashfield Reserve, located in Bassendean, in the city of Perth.

History

The team was founded in 2008, as a Perth Glory representative team for the inaugural season of the National Youth League competition. On 25 September 2013, it was confirmed that the team would compete in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia competition for the 2014 season onwards.

The club fields teams in the NPL comptetions from under 12 level up to first team level. To be eligible to play in the first team, players must be between the age of 15 and 24. Two overage players are allowed for A-League players who are returning from injury or players trialling with the A-League team.
