Peritornenta lissopis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1947. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.

The wingspan is 20–22 mm. The forewings are leaden grey with numerous fuscous dots on the veins. The costal edge is pale rosy and there is a small irregular brownish patch strigulated with fuscous on the costa beyond the middle, sometimes a similar sub-basal patch on the dorsum. The hindwings are whitish ochreous.
