Ap Gwynedd was a judge on Welsh talent show "Waw Ffactor" having been the guitarist with acts such as Natalie Imbruglia, Norman Cook, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Mylène Farmer. In 2006 he joined Pendulum, with whom he had recently worked on their song 'Girl in the Fire'. Ap Gwynedd performed on songs from Pendulum's In Silico and Immersion albums. Peredur was one of the main writers on the song Comprachicos off Pendulum's latest album, Immersion.

During the summer of 2012, Peredur toured with Tinie Tempah due to the ongoing hiatus of Pendulum.
