Penelope Plummer (October 26, 1949, Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian actress, model and tall blonde beauty queen who was the annual winner of the 1968 Miss World contest The then 18-year-old librarian from Kempsey, New South Wales, became the first contestant from her country to win the title. The pageant was held in London, United Kingdom.
