Pemilihan Member Single ke-13 JKT48 "Membuat Perubahan" (in English: Selection Member of 13th Single JKT48 "Make a Change") is polling to determine the selection of members who are entitled to participate in the 13th single idol group JKT48. This event is the 3rd times the election members conducted by fans. These elections determine the 32 members with the highest vote to occupy 32 positions on the singles that, with the order blocking is determined by the result of vote of the fans. In this case, the number one position will be the center of attention on the singles chart for the center position. The election results will be presented at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta and published in RTV on May 7, 2016, which coincided with the show The Untold Story of JKT48 "Mengejar Mimpi ~ Menuju ke GBK ~" format with special live performance and announcements. This show, hosted by Adi Nugroho who had been a host is on the a years ago, and also Reinita Arlin.

This show was announced on the JKT48 Request Hour Setlist Best 30 2016 on February 27, 2016 in Balai Sarbini, Setiabudi, Jakarta. On March 19, 2016, a poster show is released and filled in the opening ceremony after the 'Handshake' 'in the show "JKT48 Beginner Handshake Festival" in Senayan, Jakarta. Voting period lasts from March 23 to May 5, 2016. Announcement of the results while the first phase at the end of stage shows Team KIII "Bel Terakhir Berbunyi" in Theater JKT48 on April 6, 2016, then in stage two at the end of stage shows "Himawarigumi team" in the same place on April 15, 2016.
Events announcement of the winners be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta in conjunction with the "The Untold Story of JKT48". Session 1 is an event announcement single member of the 13 from JKT48 to which access can be seen through live streaming with link rtv.co.id/jkt48, while the second session also broadcast live by RTV .
