The Pembroke River is a short waterway in south Pembrokeshire, Wales. It rises at Hogeston Hill, near Manorbier Newton, and flows into the Milford Haven at Pennar Mouth. The river flows past Pembroke town, which is the site of a small harbour known as the Mill Pond. The river is navigable to small craft up to that point.

In February 1889 the river was the scene of a tragedy when the Bentlass ferry boat capsized and sank, drowning all 16 passengers and crew.
