Dr. Pedro Carlos Cavadas Rodríguez (born November 1965, in Valencia) is a Spanish surgeon known for directing world-pioneering interventions, such as one in which he kept alive a patient's arm by temporarily implanting it on the patient's leg, or another in which he converted a one-handed patient's right hand into a left hand in order to move it from his right arm to his left one, after the patient had suffered a paralysis of the right half of his body.

In July 2011, he performed a world-first double leg transplant on a 20-year-old male amputee. The double leg transplant took 10 hours to perform due to connecting nerves, blood vessels, muscles, tendons and bone structure. In June 2013, the unnamed patient encountered an unrelated illness which "forced the man to stop taking anti-rejection drugs". His legs were then required to be amputated once again.
