Pediasia matricella is a species of moth in the Crambidae family. It is found in Italy, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, the Republic of Macedonia, Greece, Ukraine, Russia. In the east, the range extends to Transcaucasia, Asia Minor, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Syria, Iran and Israel.
