PayTracker — billing system designed to account for services consumed by subscribers, calculation, and cancellation of funds in accordance with the tariffs of the company, as well as statistical information.
Using the functionality of billing system can be realized by access to various information, interactive and entertainment services, such as:

Telephony.
System is used for the following tasks:
Location of equipment (receivers);
Registration of incoming payments;
Subscriber accounts registration;
Transfer funds between accounts of the subscriber;

System kernel includes the following set of components:
Main:
Billing Subsystem — provides accounting services to the subscriber the amount consumed, calculate and debit the account in accordance with the tariff plan.
Module of customers and dealers — provides profiles of subscribers and registered dealers.
Accounts subsystem — provides processing of credit and debit accounts of the subscriber, keeps a record of funds from external payment systems.
Reference services subsystem — provides accounting services to the subscriber.
Reference tariffs subsystem — ensures the formation of tariff profiles used in the provision of services.
Contract Manager subsystem — used to store templates of contracts.
Commissions module — is used for the calculation of compensations to dealers.

Payments module — enables the processing of payments received from internal and external payment systems.
Issue module subsystem — is used to create and monitor status of pre-paid cards (Scratchcard).
Reporting Module — provides system reports.
