Paul Stewart Moyer (born July 26, 1961 in Villa Park, California) is a former professional American football safety who played seven seasons, from 1983 to 1989, for the Seattle Seahawks. He coached the Seahawks' secondary from 1990 to 1994. He currently appears as an analyst and occasional host on the Seahawks pregame and postgame shows.

Playing career

In his rookie season, Moyer played 16 games and started 1. He had the first and only interception return for a touchdown of his career in week 3, returning it 19 yards in front of the Kingdome crowd in a 34-31 victory over the San Diego Chargers. During the 4th quarter of Seattle's 1986 game against the New England Patriots, Moyer recovered a fumble for a touchdown tying the game, 31-31, in Sullivan Stadium. The Seahawks would go on to win the game, 38-31. In 1988, he started all 16 games and led the team in interceptions with 6. In his pro career he played in 98 games, starting 30. He accumulated 11 interceptions, 8 fumble recoveries and 4 sacks.
