Paul Ernest Held, Jr. (born October 20, 1928) is a former quarterback in the National Football League.

Biography
Held was born Paul Ernest Held Jr. on October 20, 1928 in El Segundo, California.
Career
Held was drafted in the nineteenth round of the 1953 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions and later played with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers. He played at the collegiate level at San Diego State University. Paul held also served in the U.S. Navy in World War 2.
