Patricia Price is managing director and co-founder of the global public relations and digital marketing firm, 8VA Music Consultancy (previously the New York branch of Inverne Price Music Consultancy). Price was previously the Executive Director of Portland Piano International and the Classical Product Manager for Allegro Media Group. While at Allegro Media Group, Price managed 70 classical record labels and was the executive producer for more than 75 albums. Price has a Master's in Business Administration.

Career
After graduating with her Bachelor of Music in piano performance and Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Willamette University in 2004, Price was awarded a prestigious Fulbright Assistantship to study and work in Vienna, Austria for one year. After her return, Price worked at Allegro Media group for five years where she managed the classical division and acted as executive proucer for over 75 albums. In 2009, she became Executive Director of Portland Piano International, a non-profit which presents recitals featuring renowned pianists such as Murray Perahia and Vladimir Feltsman in addition to providing master classes.
In 2012, Price founded the global public relations and digital marketing firm for classical musicians and organizations, 8VA Music Consultancy (previously the New York branch of Inverne Price Music Consultancy), with former editor of Gramophone Magazine, James Inverne. She now manages the company with her husband, Matt Herman, where featured clients include pianist superstar Lang Lang, violinist Anne Akiko Meyers, Beijing Music Festival, and Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. Price specializes in international public relations, classical music marketing, and non-profit strategy.
Personal life
Price currently lives in New York City's Upper West Side with her husband and dog, Holly.
