The Paradelta Break is an Italian single-place paraglider that was designed and produced by Paradelta Parma of Parma. It remained in production in 2016.

Design and development

The Break was designed as a beginner glider. The models are each named for their approximate wing area in square metres.

The glider design was developed into the two-place Paradelta BiBreak.

Variants

Break 22
Extra small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 12.0 m (39.4 ft) span wing has a wing area of 22.0 m2 (237 sq ft) and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 50 to 80 kg (110 to 176 lb).
Break 24
Small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 12.0 m (39.4 ft) span wing has a wing area of 24.0 m2 (258 sq ft) and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 60 to 90 kg (132 to 198 lb).
Break 26
Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 12.8 m (42.0 ft) span wing has a wing area of 26.5 m2 (285 sq ft) and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 80 to 110 kg (176 to 243 lb).
Break 28
Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 14.3 m (46.9 ft) span wing has a wing area of 28.0 m2 (301 sq ft) and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 100 to 120 kg (220 to 265 lb).
