Early life and education
Pankaj has a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India.
Business career
Prior to joining Akraya, Pankaj served as the President of Aditi Technologies and Aditi Staffing, in Seattle, WA. During this time he grew Aditi Staffing from a small team to a global presence capable of a variety of operations. Pankaj was responsible for Aditi Technologies' Outsourced Product Development division and he launched Aditi Litehouse, a digital marketing agency. In 2013, Pankaj joined Akraya and led the company in large account sales and management, and established an aggressive global growth strategy.
