Panikos Krystallis is a former football forward. He was born in Limassol, Cyprus, in 1942.

Career as player
Krystallis started his football career in AEL Limassol in the late 1950s but soon joined cross-town rivals Apollon Limassol where he had his best years as a striker. He led the league in scoring during the 1960–61 season.
He spent two years in the Greek A Ethniki Catigoria (1962 and 1963) playing for AEK Athens but returned to Cyprus in 1963.
International career
During his career, he was capped 19 times by the Cyprus national football team scoring 4 goals.
Career as manager
After his playing career was over, Krystallis coached various clubs including AEL Limassol, Apollon Limassol, Evagoras and the Cyprus national football team.
