Panelefsiniakos B.C., or Paneleusian B.C., is a Greek professional basketball club that is located in Eleusis, Athens, Greece. Panelefsiniakos B.C. is the basketball section of the Greek sports athletic union Panelefsiniakos A.O.K. Eleusina. The club is also commonly known as Elefsina B.C.

History

The club's parent athletic association, Panelefsiniakos A.O.K. Eleusina, was founded in the year 1931. The club's basketball section, Panelefsiniakos B.C., was founded in the year 1969. Panelefsiniakos B.C. won the Greek Second Division championship in 2012.

The club competed in the top Greek Basket League, for the first time, in the 2012-13 season. The team spent the first round playing at Peristeri Indoor Hall, due to a renovation to its home court. Elefsina managed to secure a spot for next season's league, completing the season with a 7-19 record. Some great home victories, versus PAOK (67-54) and Panionios (76-72) for instance, were crucial in order to avoid relegation.

Panelefsiniakos can play its home games at either the 1,100 seat Elefsina Indoor Hall, or at the 4,000 seat Peristeri Indoor Hall.
