Palha Carga is a settlement in the western part of the island of Santiago, Cape Verde. It is situated 4 km southwest of Assomada. Its location is a on a road that connects to the Assomada-Porto Rincão at the 4th kilometer. It is also southeast of Chão de Tanque.
