    In 2010 PALFINGER MARINE acquired Ned-Deck Marine, a Dutch manufacturer of launch and recovery systems, and Ned-Decks subsidiary company Fast RSQ, a boat manufacturer. In 2012 PALFINGER MARINE took over Bergen Group Dreggen, a Norwegian manufacturer of offshore cranes. In January 2015 PALFINGER MARINE finalized the acquisition of Norwegian Deck Machinery AS (NDM) based in Os, Norway. NDM’s core business is the sale and design of winches and handling equipment. In June 2016 PALFINGER MARINE acquried Harding Safety AS, a leading supplier of lifesaving equipment. As of 2017 the Harding brand has been fully integrated and its name has been changed to PALFINGER MARINE.

    Branding

    With March 2016 the acquired companies Ned-Deck Marine, Dreggen and Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM) have been integrated under on umbrella brand and one corporate name and logo PALFINGER MARINE. Harding brand has been fully integrated and changed it name to PALFINGER MARINE beginning of 2017. To form an even stronger brand, PALFINGER MARINE changed to the yellow and black PALFINGER logo beginning of 2017.
