Plot

Sivankutty loses his job as a police officer when he oversleeps during duty time. Jobless, he prefers to stay home always. His wife Shyamala teacher is unhappy about this mainly because she loses her sleep due to his uncontrolled snoring. This creates problems in their marriage life and she is eventually forced to divorce him. She marries again but life has some other things planned for her.
