PMPC Star Awards for Television is an annual award-giving body recognizing the outstanding programming produced by the several TV networks in the Philippines every year. The awarding event is similar to the Emmy Awards in the United States.

Contents

It was founded by the Philippine Movie Press Club in 1987. These are the award categories to be given away yearly.

Star Awards is considered the television equivalent to the FAMAS Awards (for film) and Awit Awards (for music).
