The PLDT Home Ultera Ultra Fast Hitters is a professional volleyball club owned by PLDT playing in the Philippine V-League (previously known as the Shakey's V-League) and the Spikers' Turf, two volleyball leagues organized by Sports Vision Management Group, Inc.). The club debuted with its women's team as the PLDT Home Telpad Turbo Boosters in the 2014 Open Conference of the Shakey's V-League. The men's team debuted in the 2015 Open Conference of the Spikers' Turf, and became the first champion.

The club was inactive for the 2016 season of both leagues. In January 19, 2017, it was reported that Roger Gorayeb was re-appointed as the coach of the women's team. Gorayeb hinted the team will play in the 2017 season of the now-renamed Philippine V-League.
