History

PARC Management was formed in 2002 to selectively acquire and operate entertainment facilities and parks; it was organized around the operating philosophy and business model initially established by the management team during the development of Alfa SmartParks, Inc., which became the tenth largest theme and water park operator in the world. Acquisitions began in 2007, and today, PARC operates NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains located in Sevierville, Tennessee.

PARC also offers management and consulting services to third‐party private and governmental owners of entertainment venues. Services include market assessment and concept development, development planning and oversight, pre-opening, operations and turnaround. In joint venture projects, PARC partners with others to jointly develop, own, and operate properties. PARC also provides services to third-party owners, governmental or private entities, who retain full ownership. PARC owns the international development rights to NASCAR SpeedParks.

PARC has operated or provided services to theme parks, water parks, sports arenas, stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, mixed retail and entertainment venues, tourism destination venues, family entertainment centers, hotels and resorts, RV campsites, and other entertainment facilities in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. The employment history of the PARC group collectively includes Disney, Paramount Parks, Busch Entertainment, Six Flags, Alfa SmartParks (now Palace Entertainment), Ogden Entertainment, and others. PARC has been responsible for feasibility studies, economic impact studies, site evaluation, concept development, development and construction planning, construction management and oversight, training and pre-opening services, and operations.
