Pastoral support
Students are members of mixed-age tutor groups known as a Vertical Mentor Groups (VMG) that meet on a daily basis. Each mentoring group has students from every year group, 7 through 11, which leads to the groups evolving over time, as older students leave and are replaced by younger students entering the school.
VMGs are each named after a country, and split into houses named after the continents Africa, Asia, Americas, Australasia and Europe.
