Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Academy, also known as OLMHRA, is an educational institution that offers a secondary course among the youth of Loyal Victoria, Oriental Mindoro Philippines. It was founded by Msgr. Warlito Cajandig DD on June 5, 2001, under the name Good Shepherd Academy (Annex). Started with one year level composing of only 50 students. Its faculty was first composed of two Rosarian nun teachers from Roxas City, namely Sr. Ma. Frances Ruiz O. P. as Principal and Sr. Ma. Catherine Basa O. P. as the students' advisor.

Many mangyans studied here at OLMHRA.First graduates
After four years of study OLMHRA produced its first batch of graduates on March 20, 2005, with 25 students of its initial 50. The school's first Valedictorian was the late Marie M. Delica; its first salutatorian was Lorena H. Aguila.
Among the 25 graduates, only nine of them were able to pursue their study in college. Some of them went to Manila to work for their families while others remained in their native land to help their families run their businesses..
The OLMHRA
Starting with the 2004–2005 school year, the institution decided to add its first male teacher, Fredie Rick Lopez from Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro. Since Mr. Lopez is the lone male teacher, he holds almost every outdoor activities of the students such as ROTC, Basketball Tournaments, community services, etc.
On the same year, due to some changes in the schedule, OLMHRA hired Babylyn Gaba as a mathematics teacher for all levels as a replacement for Sr. Ma. Hyacinth Musa O. P. because of the latter's sickness. After one month of teaching, Mrs. Gaba felt unsatisfied with her salary and decided to stop teaching and to leave the institution. OLMHRA thereafter hired Ms. Milene Frio, a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in Mathematics major from Capiz, who replaced Mrs. Gaba. She is the second female teacher who is not a nun in the institution.
