Unicef ambassador oumar daou opens executive board meeting
Oumar Daou (born 13 May 1955) is a Malian diplomat. He was appointed as the Permanent Representative to the United Nations of Mali in 2008. He served as President of the UNICEF Executive Board at the international level in 2009.
