Osborne King, originally Osborne King & Megran, is a commercial property consultancy firm, based in Belfast, UK and private partnership of chartered surveyors in the United Kingdom. It is among the oldest firms of its kind in Ireland, having been founded in 1947. It is known for its public sector work,with contracts in defence, county councils, government offices and educational facilities. The company offers a full range of property services to both public and private sectors and is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Over the years the firm has had many different name changes, mainly, Osborne King & Megran, J Trevor & Sons, Hamilton Osborne King & Osborne King.

The firm is well known for its excellence of training of Graduates and has an RICS Structured Training Agreement as an RICS Registered Firm. .

Retail Agency - Letting of retail space in high street shopping centres or retail parks.

Asset Recovery - Disposal of bank owned property, typically repossessed, that may be the direct responsibility of Osborne King as Fixed Charge Receiver or through a third party.

Auction - Sale of commercial & residential property through our quarterly auction platform.

Licensed Premises - Sale or letting of a premises licensed for the sale of alcohol, or in addition, the sale of a liquor licence for use at another premises.

Investment - Sale or purchase of income producing property for a private client or institutional investor.

Valuation - Undertaking RICS Red Book property valuations for the purposes of secured lending, accounting purposes or tax planning.
