Oriava (Ukrainian: Оря́ва) is a village (selo) in Skole Raion, Lviv Oblast, of Western Ukraine. Village Oriava is located in the Ukrainian Carpathians within the limits the Eastern Beskids ( Skole Beskids ) in southern Lviv Oblast. The village is located along the river with the same name Oriava.
It is 133 kilometres (83 mi) from the city of Lviv, 61 kilometres (38 mi) from Stryi, and 24 kilometres (15 mi) from Skole. Local government– Oriavska village council.
The first mention of Oriava dates from the year 1574.
