The Order of Civil Merit (Hangul: 국민훈장, Hanja: 國民勳章) is an order of merit of South Korea (the Republic of Korea). It is awarded to individuals who have provided outstanding and meritorious service in the fields of politics, economics, education, the arts, or science. The service should have the impact of influencing the welfare of the citizens of Korea and promoted national development.

The Order of Civil Merit is divided into 5 classes. The grades are as follows:

  1. Mugunghwa Medal: 무궁화장 (無窮花章)
  2. Moran Medal: 모란장 (牡丹章)
  3. Dongbaek Medal: 동백장 (冬柏章)
  4. Mongnyeon Medal: 목련장 (木蓮章)
  5. Seongnyu Medal: 석류장 (石榴章)
