Onich - at one time Ounich - (Gaelic: Omhanaich - abounding in froth, frothy place) is a village on the east shore of Loch Linnhe, Scotland and, together with North Ballachulish at the entrance to Loch Leven, forms Nether Lochaber. St Bride’s Church dates to the 19th century.

Climate
