One More Time is a 1931 black-and-white Merrie Melodies cartoon short produced by Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising and animated by Friz Freleng and Paul J. Smith. The film is seven minutes in length. It stars Foxy as a Prohibition-era cop dealing with various miscreants. This was Foxy's last theatrical appearance; he is killed off on-screen at the end of the short.

Plot

The cartoon shows police officer Foxy who deals with armed criminals, traffic violations, and his girlfriend's huge dog. The main action involves a group of gangsters kidnapping Foxy's girlfriend while making their getaway; Foxy chases them on a mechanical horse, rescues his girlfriend, and puts the criminals in jail—only to be shot in the back by a crow.

Featured in the cartoon is the song One More Time which is the film's namesake. The song is composed by Buddy DeSylva, Lew Brown, and Ray Henderson. It was also featured in Radio Rhythm, an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoon released 68 days earlier.
