Omni Broadcasting was a small market radio broadcasting company based in Bemidji, Minnesota. The company is owned by Lou Buron and Mary Campbell, who formed it in 1988 and relocated up to Bemidji from the Twin Cities. They bought the first two stations, KBUN and KBHP in 1989. The Bemidji offices and studios were located at 502 Beltrami Avenue, downtown Bemidji; the company operated the Bemidji stations under the Paul Bunyan Broadcasting name.
