Ted leveroni of omgeo discusses collateral requirements under dodd frank
Omgeo is a US financial markets company that provides trade processing information solutions to facilitate information exchange between investment managers and broker/dealers. It was formed in 2001 by a joint venture of Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation ("DTCC") and Thomson Financial as a result of a near-decade long crusade by Thomson Financial executive Howard Edelstein.

In July, 2013, DTCC purchased the 50% interest it did not own from Thomson Reuters, making Omgeo a wholly owned subsidiary of DTCC.
