OmPrompt’s Customer Automation Management software enables their customers to release staff from the very time-consuming task of processing messages manually. Typically this has allowed these members of staff to focus on improving customer relationships by managing exceptions: deliveries that were not received on time and in full, upselling and cross-selling and generally allowing for better customer service as the people become more customer-facing. OmPrompt allows staff to spend more time on front office tasks, and significantly less time on back office tasks.
History of OmPrompt
Brian Bolam founded the company in 2002. It was originally called Sparhurst Limited, and was renamed OmPrompt Limited on 6 June 2003. The name is short for OmniProtocolMessagingPlatform which is a way of describing how OmPrompt (the platform) helps translate data (messages) from any format to any other format (omni-protocol).
How it works
OmPrompt’s Customer Automation solution has four elements that underpin the technology:
