Olivia Fox Cabane is the author of The Charisma Myth (Penguin, 2012) and of The Net And The Butterfly (Penguin, 2017). The model of charisma she proposed in "The Charisma Myth" (being the combination of three elements: presence, power and warmth) is now often referenced by books on the subject.

Publications
Cabane has a regular column in Fast Company and previously wrote for Forbes and The Huffington Post. She has been featured in The Economist, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Business Week, The New York Times. The Wall Street Journal and NPR's Marketplace show profiled Cabane as well. Her first book, The Charisma Myth was published by Penguin/Random House in 2012.
Career
Cabane has taught a course at the Haas School of Business, University of Berkeley. Cabane was the youngest person ever to have been appointed Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government.
