Oleg Zadoenko (Ukrainian: Олег Задоєнко, born February 20, 1990) is a Ukrainian ice hockey forward currently playing in the Turkish Ice Hockey Super League for Zeytinburnu Belediyespor. He was a member of the Ukraine national junior team. The 1.76 m (5 ft 9 1⁄2 in) tall player at 88 kg (194 lb) shoots right-handed.

Club
Zadoenko began his ice hockey career at the juniors team of hie hometown club Sokil Kiev in 2006. He then played for HK ATEK Kiev (2007–2009), briefliy appearing for the Belarusian team Sokil Kiev-2 (2008–09) and Bilyy Bars Brovary (2009–10). In 2010, he moved to Russia to play two seasons with Sibirskie Snaipery Novosibirsk in the Junior Hockey League (MHL). After returning home, he appeared for Sokil Kiev (2012–2014) and HC Levy (2012–13). In 2014, Zadoenko went to Turkey and signed a contract with the Istanbul-based club Zeytinburnu BSK to play in the Turkish Ice Hockey Super League.
He enjoyed winning twice the champion title in the 2014–15 and 2015–16 Turkish Super League seasons. His team won the first round of the 2016–17 IIHF Continental Cup and advanced to the second round.
International
Zadoenko was a member of the Ukraine national U-18 team and took part at the 2008 IIHF World U18 Championship Division I.
With the Ukraine national junior team he appeared at the Division I matches of the IIHF World U20 Championship in 2009 and 2010.
