Okupniki [ɔkupˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kiełczygłów, within Pajęczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 1 kilometre (1 mi) south of Kiełczygłów, 10 km (6 mi) north of Pajęczno, and 70 km (43 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
