Odesos Buttress

Odesos Buttress (Bulgarian: рид Одесос, ‘Rid Odesos’ \'rid o-'de-sos) is the ice-covered buttress rising to 1600 m in the southwest foothills of Detroit Plateau on Nordenskjöld Coast in Graham Land. It is situated between south-southwest-flowing tributaries to Drygalski Glacier, and has precipitous, partly ice-free west and southeast slopes. The feature is named after the ancient town of Odesos in Northeastern Bulgaria.
