Oceanpayment (Chinese: 钱海; pinyin: Qián hǎi) is an independent payment service provider specializing in international and omni-channel payment solutions. History
Oceanpayment was headquartered in April 2014 in Shenzhen high-tech industrial park with offices in London, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
Founded as one of the enterprises supported by PKU-HKUST Shenzhen-HongKong Institution, it has reached an agreement with Hunan TV and China Education Television in May, 2014 to monetize their cross-border payments on authorized programmes.
On July 11, 2014, Oceanpayment successfully passed PCI DSS and obtained a certificate of PCI DSS Level 1.
